​The KFW stops on 24.01. the new building subsidy EH40 and the subsidy for efficiency house/efficiency building 55 in the new building EH/EG55. The outcry was great, as if all production stops came out of the blue. But this is not the case. At the end of last year we informed our clients that EH/EG55 expires at the end of January. It is correct that the funding stop was extended by a week to January 24th. was preferred. But hand on heart, who makes such an application at the last minute when the end of the funding is certain months in advance? We don't, and so we can still offer our clients new construction properties, which are subsidized by KFW with EH/EG55. Precisely because the applications were made in good time. To be fair, it must be said that the end of the EH40 new building subsidy came as a surprise to us too. But even in this case, this does not pose a problem for us: real estate projects must be calculated in such a way that factors that you can only influence to a limited extent cannot ultimately lead to total failure! Only if a conservative calculation also brings the desired result, the project stands on solid pillars. If in the end it goes better than expected, usually nobody has anything against it!
